Location: Panama City - Hybrid
We are currently seeking a dedicated and client-focused team player to join our agency as a Personal Lines Insurance Agent. The Personal Lines Insurance Agent is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients by answering insurance questions, resolving issues, processing new policies, and providing information about our insurance products and services. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of insurance and be able to communicate effectively with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Responsibilities
-Answer client inquiries about personal lines insurance products and services
-Resolve client issues and complaints
-Provide information about personal lines insurance policies and coverage
-Process new and renewal policies
-Assist with claims processing
-Maintain client records
-Cross-sell other insurance products and services
-Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
-State of Florida 2-20 Insurance License, required
-1+ years of property and casualty insurance experience in the insurance industry required
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
-Understanding of insurance products and services
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
-Possess strong administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
