This position is from 8-5 Monday-Friday and offers generous PTO along with health care and dental coverage 100% paid by the employer. Position Details
Responsibilities:
Main role to include being of service assistant to the senior customer service agents in the office, but also to grow into the following duties below.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Onboarding duties- obtain signed applications and assist new clients with enrolling in their selected discounts.
Develop cross-sells, identify customer needs, and transfer to the sales team
Present and explain insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.

Requirements:
Prior Customer Service Experience of at least 1 years required.
Professional phone etiquette.
Career minded vision.
Goal-Oriented and self driven
Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Ability to obtain a a Florida Property & Casualty license (2-20, 20-44 or 4-40) with the Ability to pass a criminal background check.
