Operating Manager – New Vantage


As a small company, we offer paid time off (sick, holidays, & vacation) as well as medical, dental & vision coverage, with New Vantage covering half the cost.  We also offer Aflac policies at the employee’s expense.

We offer a competitive salary with quarterly profit-sharing bonuses.

We have a few requirements:

-Good knowledge of QuickBooks programs is required.  We use QuickBooks Enterprise.

-Prior management experience is also required.

-Construction experience of any type is a must.

New home construction and siding installation experience is a plus.

Experience with Google Gmail is a plus.

Operating Manager, whose duties will include:

-Managing Office Staff & Operations

-Overseeing outside field operations

-Overseeing all schedules with builders & customers

-Overseeing all vendor pricing & activities
