PANAMA CITY, FL – In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association (FRLA) and Gulf Coast State College’s Hilton Hospitality Management and Tourism Program are excited to invite hospitality members from across the community to a complimentary event showcasing the exceptional creations of the college’s talented culinary students.
