Debbie Parmer joins ServisFirst Bank Panama City as Mortgage Loan Officer. Parmer brings over three decades of mortgage lending expertise to ServisFirst Bank. She is well-versed in handling a wide variety of loan products and is particularly experienced in VA and Construction-to-Permanent financing. With a strong background in serving military families, teachers, and first responders, Parmer is passionate about helping clients achieve homeownership and ensuring they have access to the right lending solutions.
An active member of the community, Parmer participates in the Bay County Chamber of Commerce, Panama City Beach Chamber of Commerce, Women’s Council of Realtors, Bay Building Industries Association (BBIA), Emerald Coast Business Women, and the Central Panhandle Association of Realtors (CPAR). She and her family have called Bay County home for the past several years, where she continues to build strong connections with local residents and organizations.
